Yosaira Rosado is a Real Estate Broker CEO and founder of Epic Homes NY. With many years of experience working with buyers and sellers in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island.
As a buying agent, she understands that a home purchase is a big investment and works tirelessly to find the perfect home at the right price for her clients. Yosaira’s success is attributed to her strong work ethic and quick response time to all buyers and sellers.
She is extremely client focus and makes sure that they get the best deal. With a professional background in Marketing and her experience of owning a small business, Yosaira knows how to position the property for maximum value, utilizing her marketing skills to get the highest price for her sellers. Laura Catalan

Laura was born and raised in Guatemala, Bilingual English / Spanish. She is there for you whether you’re buying your first home or tu primera casa.
Luxury and residential are her specialty but she makes herself available to any client, at any time no matter the need.
Unlike most, she found her passion for real estate while working for a property management company in Long Island. After learning how the industry worked and helping a few homeowners, she discovered her love and passion for helping people and putting a roof over their dreams.
When she’s not selling homes, Laura enjoys giving quality time to her 2 children and meeting people from different cultures.
